if a someone promises to another that he will not “break his word” and his parents are witness(as this man would sign a contract)he even says his hafiz.later he breaks his oath.what’s islamic opion?

Answer

To break one’s oath is a major sin.

If he broke his oath, then he has to pay the Kaffaara (compensation). He should feed ten poor persons two meals each. He may alternatively given ten sets of clothing to ten poor persons.
