Answer

Muhtaram ,

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

Your husband’s nephew is not a mahram to you. It is not permissible for your husband to leave his nephew alone with you in the house nor to allow him in your bedroom. We advise that you educate your husband with regards to this using wisdom and politeness. Alternatively you may speak to some family member who is learned in Islamic matters that may convince him without using your name.

If the water in the bathroom is flowing then it will be permissible to urinate there. However, taqwa demands that he abstains from such a practice.

You may recite the following dua in abundance.

رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ

rabbana hab lana min azwajina wathurriyyatina qurrata aAAyunin

And Allah knows best

Wassalam
