Assalaamualaikum.
If a lady has been given three talaaqs but prior to that had no recent intercourse with her husband and she was certain that she was not pregnant, and therefore she did not observe the iddat period. Now five years later, she wants to re-marry and I would like to find out will the new marriage be valid if she didn’t observe the iddat period after her divorce from her first husband?

Kindly Inform us as to when was the talaaq given, five years ago or now (i.e after the 5 year seperation).
