The prohibition of couples engaging in intimacy during fasting

Alhamdulillah it is Ramadan now and my husband and I are okay now Alhamdulillah. My question is that when he’s fasting and his semen comes out while me masterbating him (when I’m on my monthly) does his fast still stay or does it break?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh

According to Shariah, if one ejaculates after masturbation while fasting, one Qadha fast becomes compulsory only and no Kaffarah is required.[1] One should advise one’s husband of the prohibition of engaging in intimacy during fasting and defer such activities until after the fasting time has elapsed.
